We sent an email to Scott requesting to draw/ measure an addition of deck plan on an existing plan. Promptly replied asking us some details. Meanwhile, we were able to get the job done by the original surveyor who drawn the plan. Scott, two days later contacted us reminding us to send details as follow-up.Though we could not use his service, his sincerity and his prompt replies deserve an appreciation from us.
